At the Dushanbe Cybercafe

The cybercafe is in return of the gift of the Dushanbe Teahouse, which opened a decade ago in Boulder. A delegation from Boulder arrives in Dushanbe on Sunday, and will present the gift to their counterparts Tuesday morning. Opening isn't imminent, however – construction crews are still putting on the finishing touches.
