    A quick look at the Dushanbe Cybercafe, Boulder's gift to the people of the capital of Tajikistan. The cybercafe is in return of the gift of the Dushanbe Teahouse, which opened a decade ago in Boulder. A delegation from Boulder arrives in Dushanbe on Sunday, and will present the gift to their counterparts Tuesday morning. Opening isn't imminent, however – construction crews are still putting on the finishing touches.

    The Boulder Dushanbe Tea house is the jewel of Boulder.  Don Mock, president of the Sister City Project, explains the magic of this monument.  Boulder's gift to Dushanbe, a Cyber Cafe will open on September 23rd, 2008 and a delegation of Boulderites will be there for the ceremony.
