An all-time-high supply of flu vaccines is leading health officials to expand their recommendations for who should get the preventive shots this season. Vaccine manufacturers are projecting that as many as 146 million doses of influenza vaccine will be available for use in the United States this year, and doctor’s offices and clinics across the state have already started giving shots.
