'Return of the Corn Mothers' exhibit honors women of the Southwest

The photo exhibition, which opens Monday at the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History, celebrates 18 women from the Southwest who have earned honors for their community activism and creative endeavors. Each woman featured in the exhibition recounts her memories of the women who have influenced her life.

Review: Murphy's Grill

Many people think Murphy's Grill is an Irish pub. It isn't, although co-owner Chris Dodge says the restaurant is happy to take advantage of that assumption on St. Patrick's Day. But Murphy's Grill is really named after Murphy's Law, the edict that says that anything that can go wrong will. So there's a black humor in many of the signs hanging around the restaurant. One warns that unattended children will be towed at the owner's expense. Another reads, "When the going gets tough, everyone leaves." Full story »

Naropa, VIVA collaborate on Butoh dance performance
