Fire scare evacuates Fairview High School

Fire crews issue all-clear, students returning to class

A fire scare evacuated Fairview High School this morning, but students were headed back to class shortly, officials say.

Sarah Huntley, a spokeswoman for the Boulder Fire Department, said fire engines arrived after receiving a report of a fire in one of the school's bathrooms.

"We've arrived, and it's all clear," she said. "(Students) are getting ready to go back inside."
