Voters in Boulder County can begin warming the ink in their pens as the first batch of General Election ballots are folded, stuffed and mailed out this afternoon.
An estimated 96,000 voters in Boulder County have signed up to vote by mail in the Nov. 4 election.
Those voters can expect to start receiving ballots Saturday and Monday.
Residents have until Monday to register to vote.
