A 58-year-old Lafayette man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion that he sexually enticed and falsely imprisoned a 9-year-old girl.
Cmdr. Mark Battersby said police arrested Jon J. Harrison on a warrant and booked him into the Boulder County Jail on three potential felony charges.
Battersby said the alleged incident — which he described as fondling of the child — was reported on July 6, when officers received a report from the girl’s family that she had possibly been sexually assaulted.
Officials at the jail this morning said Harrison was no longer in custody.

Keeping in mind that Mr. Harrison has not been convicted and that the DC would banninate me if I published his address....
He is listed on DexKnows.com and resides less than 1/4 mile from a major recreation center and a bilingual elementary school. 1/2 mile from at least one town council member. (Alex, do you read these?)
