DENVER — A Boulder man was among 18 people arrested Tuesday at or near the Democratic National Convention in Denver.
According to the Denver Joint Information Center, 22-year-old Carlos Garcia, of Boulder, was arrested on suspicion of interference with police authority.
A spokesperson with the center did not immediately have additional details about the arrest Wednesday morning.
Most of the 18 people arrested during the day Tuesday were from out of state, according to the information center.
All of those arrested were cited with violations of Denver’s Municipal Code.
The arrests Tuesday bring to 135 the total number of people arrested at the convention so far.

What the hell is a "knight stick"...? The police today arrested a guy carring a bottle of crap around...they are just trying to protect everyone's rights to be there, including themselves.
Get a clue, and maybe bone up on the King's English!

Hey Viper i was in jail with the kid whos' friend had the "bottle of feces". It was coffee from the Food not bombs guys, and they didn't arrest him he took off and the cops arrested his friend instead. A police state is the first step toward Fascism. keep goose steppin'.
