Allison Metz, and James Maurer, both of Boulder, were married July 11, 2008, at Chautauqua Dining Hall, in Boulder. Jeffrey Duvall officiated.
Allison is the daughter of Diane and Don Mekeel, of Sterling, Ill., and the late Dean Metz.
James is the son of Sharon and Richard Maurer, of Peoria, Ill.
Allison is a communications specialist with Boulder Valley School District.
James is a freelance electrician.
