A public memorial service for the Superior climber who died after falling 50 feet in Eldorado Canyon State Park is set for Sunday.
Preston Brennan died July 18, five days after falling from the Werk Supp route on the Bastille Rock Formation.
A celebration of his life will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Purple Park, located at the corner of South McCaslin Boulevard and South Rock Creek Parkway in Superior.
The public is invited to attend, said Cheryl Claman-Brennan, his ex-wife.
