Rollover closes portion of northbound I-25

Traffic came to a halt during Tuesday’s morning rush hour after a tractor trailer overturned on Interstate 25.
Police closed two northbound lanes, causing traffic to back up for miles. The driver was OK and refused treatment at the scene.
Police estimate the lanes will be reopened around noon. They are investigating the cause of the accident.
